Hancock County provides electronic recording via the CSI eRMConnect system. eRMConnect is a PRIA (Property Record Industry Association) industry standard Electronic Recording Management (ERM) system. This system allows Hancock County to use eRMConnect with any certified Electronic Recording Service Provider (ERSP) making it easier and more secure to send, receive, route and return electronic documents to submitters.
The Electronic Recording Service Providers to the right are certified and approved to submit electronic documents to eRMConnect in Hancock County.
Individuals that would like to electronically file a non-transfer document (meaning a document that does not transfer ownership of real property) may use the following service to process the document.
