Recorder Fees
The following fees are in effect beginning January 1, 2021.
Deeds

| Deeds and all other instruments, including re-recorded instruments (fee includes 1 oversize page) | $25 |
| Additional pages exceeding 8.5 inches by 14 inches within any document | $5 |
Mortgages
| Service | Fee |

| Mortgages (including Mortgages, Subordinate Mortgages, Corrective Mortgages, Re-recorded Mortgages, Indentures and Supplemental Indentures) | $55 |
| Additional pages exceeding 8.5 inches by 14 inches within any document | $5 |
Mechanic's Lien

| Mechanic's Lien including one mail out | $25 |
| Additional mail out | $2 |
Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) Copies
| Service | Fee |
|---|---|
| Copies 11 inches by 17 inches or smaller | $1 per page |
| Copies larger than 11 inches by 17 inches | $5 per page |
| Certification of Documents | $5 |

Please note: All financing statements involving consumer goods are to be filed at the Indiana Secretary of State's Office. Failure to file in the proper office may affect the perfection of the filing.
All instruments must meet recording form and legibility statues.
When recording a document, please provide a self-addressed, postage-paid envelope so that the document can be returned to you. Generally speaking, the majority of documents are recorded within 24 hours.
